Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your beauty appointment booking, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice when possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment booked. Additionally, missed appointments will also be charged 100% of the treatment booked.
