Cancellation Policy
Where possible, if cancelling your appointment please give a minimum of 48hrs notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged 100% of the treatment booked. Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment booked. Full cancellation policy is available .
